Shipping & Handling Policy

 

As of 11/24/25 orders have a return window of 90 days. Please expect orders to take longer to ship during the holidays, but rest assured, our elves are working furiously to get your order out to us, and appreciate your patience! 

 

 

The Vermont Bowl Company and John McLeod Ltd. stores generally ship all in-stock products, from our facility in Wilmington, Vermont, within 3 to 7 business days, or sooner. On occasion we may be custom-making the product to fill your order, which will lengthen our delivery time. Should the anticipated delay be more than 14 days on any item, we will notify you.

Orders are normally received within 5-12 business days depending on your SHIP TO location. Rush delivery is available for a bit more. If you require Rush Delivery please call us at 802-464-5296 or email yourpals@vermontbowl.com for adjusted shipping charges.

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible. In the rare event that your shipment is damaged, full guidance materials are included with each shipment that will instruct you on how to proceed. If you require further assistance our staff is available to assist. All products are shipped via FedEx,(primarily), UPS, or USPS Standard Delivery. If you require one, specifically, please include a note stating which in the seller notes at checkout. International orders are always shipped via USPS. When it is necessary for us to split the shipment of an order due to inventory management, no extra shipping charge will accrue to the purchaser. 

Please note, if shipping internationally, the receiver is responsible for any duties or fees on the order.
