The Steak Carving Board, is one of the boards in our original design group. When it is not necessary to use a large board, such as the Sunburst Board, the Steak Board is the perfect answer. One side has a well around the outer edge for catching juices, and the other side is plain, making it great for chopping veggies and fruits. A great versatile board.
